An incident in New York City early Wednesday morning is responsible for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest. Lohan allegedly hit a pedestrian in a low speed collision while in downtown Manhatton, according to an ABC News report. The actress left the scene as she walked to the Dream Hotel.
A witness reported the pedestrian accident to police who later arrested the actress. Lohan has been released from police custody.
The injured man was taken to a hospital where his condition is unknown.
